Chabaab
How to make ( chbaab) ;
Chabaab is a traditional UAE
food, that is similar to pancake, we eat it as breakfast usually, but we can
also eat anytime we crave it. In the UAE
we always serve chabaab with honey and sometimes with cheese.
Making cahbaab is really easy,
and you can get a delicious chabaab by getting the ingredients ready, and
follow the steps below;
The ingredients:
1.
2 Cups of flour
2.
2 Eggs
3.
3 Spoons of
powder milk (Nedo)
4.
Sugar
5.
1 Tea spoon of
Powder cardamom
6.
Saffron with rose
water
7.
A cup of warm
water.
8.
A small spoon of yeast
The recipe:
1.
Mixed up the
flour with milk and sugar in a deep bowl
2.
Make a hole in
the middle of the bowl
3.
Mix up the Eggs,
saffron with rose water, powder cardamom, yeast and add water to the mixture.
Then put the mixture in the hole.
4.
Kneaded by a
wooden spoon tell it turn to liquid just like water.
5.
Cover the bowl
for one hour.
6.
Heat the pan
7.
Start to put the
the mixture with a medium ladle, move the pan to make a circle shape “do not
move the mixture with spoon”
8.
Move it to next
side when it turns to red or brownish color.
9. Put the chabaab in a plate, you can now add honey or cheese, as preferred.
10. You can also decorate the plate with fruits or powder sugar.
I can see that knowing how to
make chabaab is really interesting, because it’s one of my favorite desserts,
and people in the UAE may want to know how to make chabaabn, as it’s considered
as a traditional food, and people would want to learn how to make an easy
traditional delicious dessert.
