long time ago women used to learn how to cook usually, to serve their families. Cooking has become very important skill that everyone should be perfect on. I can define cooking as an interesting activity that moves our mind, bodies and soul to create a delicious food at the end. Cooking became one of my favorite hobbies, long time ago. And thats because it is very useful and healthier. So, Cooking at home more delicious comparing to the restaurant’s food. 

In addition, I consider cooking as an enjoyable thing to do, because there are different types of food that we can cook such as Indian food, Italian and chinese food, so we will never get bored from variety. Nowadays, internet has been one of the important part in human’s life, so even if we don’t know how to cook those different types of food, we can google that and we can get a full steps and ingredients of any dishes that we are looking for. I think cooking became an interesting thing because if we know how to cook, we can save our money because buying food ingredients compared nothing to the restaurant’s food; thats why i choose cooking as my interesting topic. 

Also cooking is an important thing because as UAE families we always have our friends and families gathering in our houses, and if you have been to uae families you will always notice that the girls are always cooking and helping their moms with cooking, to learn more. 

this could be the most important things as we need to cook them a very delicious and healthy food. As an example of a good cooker in UAE who learn how to cook well is chef khlood and picture bellow shows one of her emirate's  food " Baryani".

Furthermore, People in the UAE might need to know this to get a motivation to learn how to cook. As they are living in the UAE they will surely need to learn the traditional uae food and learn how to cook them, and that will be allowing them to avoid using unhealthy cuisine.
